“The Reflection” is a film about self-acceptance. About taking the courage to be who you are meant to be.
PRODUCTION NOTES
The film was shot in Berlin, Germany in March 2017 at the bar/club Mein Haus Am See. This is Einat Dan’s first written script realised in collaboration with filmmakers Josh Brandão and Nicolai Kornum. The film was shot in chronological order, in order to achieve the physical and emotional changes required by Actor Andrea Piccirillio to transform his look from man to woman. The song used as soundtrack in the film is performed by its main actress, Nina De Lianin. The international cast & crew includes, amongst others, artists from Germany, Israel, England, Italy, Brazil & Denmark.
